4. Scope of application
1. It is applicable to waterproof and anti-seepage projects in non-long-term immersion water environment, such as roof, wall, toilet and basement.
2. It is especially suitable for light-weight thin-shell roof waterproof engineering.
5. Construction methods
Base processing
The construction surface should be solid, smooth, dry, clear, free from water, dust, oil, uneven and cracks must be leveled first.
The node processing
The waterproof layer construction should be carried out first for such basic details as yin-yang Angle, tube root and deformation joint, and the coating can be applied 2-4 times (the thickness is less than 1mm). If the reinforcement material is applied, the deformation joint should be soaked through with paint, and then coated with a layer of reinforcing material to form the structure of additional layer empty shop.
Waterproof construction
For the first brush, mix the paint and water at least 1:1 evenly (but there is no need to mix water in the impermeable waterproof layer), and spray it on the base surface, making the base surface moist but without coating accumulation. After the first drying, the second painting, do not need to water, the direction of the painting and the first vertical. If the coating cannot reach the design thickness, continue to brush until the required thickness. If reinforcement is needed, glass fiber cloth or non-woven cloth can be applied before the coating is solidified. At the end and edge, add paint for sealing. If the protective layer is needed, it can be sprayed with coarse sand or fine rice stone on the surface of the protective layer before solidification at the last time, so as to make the bond between the protective layer and the waterproof layer firm.
Matters needing attention
1. The direction of each brush should be perpendicular to the last one.
2. After the previous coating film is dry, the next coating brush can be carried out.
3, 5 ℃ under unfavorable construction, rainy days can not open the construction.
4. During the construction, it is advisable to apply thin and multi-brush, not once thick, and the total thickness of the coating shall meet the design requirements.
5. After completion, water storage experiments can be carried out after 7 days of continuous drying.
Reference usage: 1 mm thick amount is about 1.2 kg - 1.5 kg / ㎡.
Packaging, storage and transportation
1. This product is packaged in sealed plastic drum, which is non-dangerous and can be transported safely.
2. The shelf life of unopened product is 6 months, and it should be used within 24 hours after opening.
3, should be stored in a dry, cool, ventilated place, storage temperature at 5 ℃ to 35 ℃.
